How it all began?
Nice to meet you
I'm Mark Zusmanovich and I've been a marketing designer since graduating Interactive Communication Engineering at the Kiryat Technion in 2008. Actually my love affair with the world of design started back in the 8th grade, which was the only class in which I got A+ easily and I decided to make it a profession.
Since then I have had the honours of working in the largest advertising agencies in the world (Adler Chomsky GREY, TBWA) for about a decade as a digital designer, in front of small boutique clients and clients who are huge corporations. I was a marketing and monetization designer and a content manager for social networks (including the idea, the design and sometimes the copy) in gaming companies like Playtika and Infiapps. Also, over the years I have worked as a freelancer with small businesses, companies and startups, for all kinds of projects, small and large.
Over the years, I have seen small businesses waste too much time and resources just to find all the right people to build a website or develop an accurate language for their brand and produce the right logo. Several months later and about a dozen sketches of the same logo in different variations, the client receives a file with his symbol and begins the search for a web designer (which is one step before the programmer/web developer/copywriter/designer of business cards and designer of greetings for birthday cakes).
I decided to write a book that describes processes in design and marketing, based on a target audience, which is known in the worlds of advertising and design but not to most business owners, because not every small business has a personal designer or social network manager. About the fact that marketing doesn't always have to be by force and sometimes it can even help if it is directed to the right audience.
I believe
The words "brand language" for me do not mean "logo". "Brand" is the feeling we get when we have any contact with a certain business. For example, when we call National Insurance, we know in advance to set aside half a day for the call and usually take a deep breath before we call. On the other hand, when we enter an iDigital store we "smell" the brand. It's not by chance. There is the same very specific smell in all iDigital branches in Israel.

After approval, we will add colours to the logo, purchase a domain for the site and go live!

We will plan a marketing strategy together.

We will start implementing the most suitable plan (whether it is setting up a business page on Facebook / Instagram, creating a blog or anything else).
Responsibility
Unfortunately, I have heard of too many business owners who set up a website or logo and the designer just disappeared! So they were stuck with the site, unable to update, change or renovate. Even when it comes to large companies, which offer website building for free, with a fixed monthly payment of one kind or another for "website maintenance" according to them.
"As soon as the site is live, there is no one to talk to and the payment continues to decrease every month.", the words of a business owner.
I promise that once the site goes live, for me it's just the beginning of the relationship, even if he decides he only needs a logo from me right now. Besides the fact that the business owner will receive all the access information and the source files, I am available for him for any problem, malfunction, consultation or change, even if it is essential, everything can be arranged and ReArranged!

The Process
The process of building the brand language includes:

An interview with the business owner (so that we can understand together, as deeply as possible, the needs and feelings we would like the business to convey).

Within a few working days, I will send 3 sketches for directions to the logo in black and white and a sketch of a website, including the recommended color palette to convey the desired feeling from the brand and the recommended fonts (as in the example).
